TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BATTERBURY LTD

SHEARLING THROWS AND SHEARLING CUSHIONS

The shearling throws have been handmade using shearling off cuts from the fashion industry, which are carefully sewn together.  Each one is completely unique in character due to its production process.  The sizes and colours can vary slightly due to the individual nature of the product.  They should be used as a decorative accessory only. They can fade and discolour in direct sunlight. To clean, dab with a mild detergent and water or brush with a soft brush. Bespoke orders cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.  All other orders will be refunded or exchanged, if returned in perfect condition, within 28 days. Any faulty items will be exchanged. Items will be dispatched on receipt of full payment.

SILK IKAT CUSHIONS AND SILK VELVET IKAT CUSHIONS

The silk Ikat cushions are produced in limited editions using hand woven Ikat embroideries, sourced in remote areas of Central Asia and Uzbekistan.  They are traditional textile designs, and are designed to be used together, mixing colour and pattern. They are produced in limited quantities and due to the hand weaving technique there are variations of colour, pattern and texture.  There are occasionally slight imperfections within the fabric but this just adds to the personality of a beautiful handmade cloth. Direct sunlight may cause discolouration and fading. Specialist Dry Cleaning is recommended. Bespoke orders cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.  All other orders will be refunded or exchanged, if returned in perfect condition, within 28 days. Any faulty items will be exchanged. Items will be dispatched on receipt of full payment.

ALL THROWS, CUSHIONS AND INTERIOR DESIGN AND PRODUCTS ORDERED ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS OR DIRECTLY FROM BATTERBURY

All items will be in the ownership of Batterbury Ltd until full payment has been made.  Products will be dispatched on receipt of full payment.  Any returns, for whatever reason, will be subject to a handling fee of 25% of the order total, plus any delivery or return delivery costs.   Any refunds will be paid within 28 days less these costs.  Whilst our products are checked we cannot guarantee every item is perfect due to the nature of their makeup. Our return policy in principle is to replace any defective items and exchange products, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
